COVID-19 Update

To our clients –

We will remain open.  However, due to  COVID-19 exposure concerns, our business operations will change.  Many of you have already experienced longer than normal wait times.  We ask for your patience as we navigate the next few weeks.

As of Monday March 23, non-essential and elective surgeries will postponed,  based on Governor Tim Walz executive order.  We expect to resume normal business operations April 20th, pending the events of the next few weeks.   In the meantime, our goal is to respect social distancing and reduce foot traffic through the building.  We will implement  “Curbside Care” as often as possible.   We ask that you call ahead for medication & product pick-up times.  We will take payment over the phone, then bring  product to your car.    When you arrive for appointments, clinic personnel will begin meeting clients in the parking area.  Our team member will determine if they will take your pet from the car and return it after the exam, or 1 parent can accompany a pet inside.  Exceptions will be discussed, of course, for end-of-life situations.

Please do not come to the clinic if you are sick. If you are sick and your pet needs medical care, please call and speak with a staff member.  We can determine the best way to help your pet.  Also be aware that our team members may be wearing protective gear.

Again, thank you for your patience as we navigate the new world together.
